Long Jing also known as “Dragon Well” tea is one of the most prestigious varieties of green tea grown in Zhejiang province, China. This tea is harvested in early spring each year. Long Jin is hand processed and only lightly oxidized, creating a distinctively flat appearance and delicate flavours. It’s a light, smooth green tea with a hint of fresh soybean scent. Our Ripe Pu Er Tea is harvested from Yunnan, China. The tea has undergone a full fermentationprocess with a traditional handmade technique used to accelerate the aging process. Organic harvest golden chrysanthemum from Jiangxi. What makes this a superior grade of chrysanthemum flower tea is that each single branch only retains one flower bud. It’s characterised by the large shape of the flower which contains the most nutrients. The tea is rich in sweetness and quite fragrant, blossoming into a full shape while brewing. Jin Jun Mei is originated from Wu Yi Mountain in Fujian China. It is a delicate tea produced using only tea buds. The Renaissance Chardonnay, Semillon, Piesling
375ml Selected from a single block in Marananga and harvested only before dawn for the fruit to maintain in cool temperatures, The Renaissance is a true field blend of Chardonnay, Semillon and Riesling, highlighted with a touch of Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit was destemmed with the whole berry immediately pressed to the tank for settling. Natural fermentation occurred as the juice warmed with no added acid. Once fermentation was complete the wine was settled, racked and left to sit on lees in tank and some seasoned French oak. The extended lees time gives the wine a soft creamy texture and delicate complexity. The wine was then bottled without fining.
